- Behavioral interaction logs across all services
- Error logs, diagnostic traces, and performance metrics
- Aggregated operational analytics derived from system usage
4. Data Processing Principles
All data processing is conducted under principles of system integrity, operational necessity, security enforcement, and infrastructure optimization.
5. Storage Architecture
Data may be distributed across multiple infrastructure providers, including but not limited to cloud database systems such as Supabase or equivalent distributed storage technologies. Replication may occur across multiple geographic regions for redundancy and fault tolerance.
6. Security Framework
Evercore implements layered security mechanisms including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, anomaly detection systems, and continuous monitoring.
7. Data Retention Policy
Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill operational requirements, legal obligations, system debugging requirements, and infrastructure optimization purposes.
8. Data Sharing
Evercore does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with trusted infrastructure processors, legal authorities when required, or in the context of corporate restructuring or acquisition.
9. International Transfer
Data may be processed in multiple jurisdictions globally. Appropriate safeguards are implemented to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
