• No reverse engineering of systems
• No unauthorized access attempts
• No interference with infrastructure stability
• No malicious or automated abuse of systems

5. Intellectual Property

All Evercore systems, software, architecture, design frameworks, and branding are proprietary intellectual property.

6. Operational Availability

Services are provided “as available” without guarantees of uptime, continuity, or uninterrupted operation.

7. Liability Limitation

Evercore disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system usage.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Evercore against claims arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination Rights

Evercore reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time to protect system integrity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable jurisdictional law where Evercore operates.

11. Modifications

Evercore may modify these Terms at any time. Continued usage constitutes acceptance.
